For ongoing working relationships — a contractor you call for repairs, a cleaning service for a rental apartment, a freight forwarder for an import business, a clinic that hosts your sessions. Rent and subscriptions stay as recurring outflows.
Shows up on the Calendar page, in the new-appointment form, and on each client's detail page.
Calendar
Day & week views show hour rows from start to end (inclusive). Default is 07:00–21:00. Set 00:00–23:00 for a full 24-hour view.
Payment auto-logging
When you mark a session as paid, the payment is logged to this account automatically. Leave empty to fall back to the manual transaction form.
Registration (optional)
Most Israeli businesses use the calendar year.
Affects period defaults later.

Currencies
Choose which currencies you use. They'll appear as filter buttons on Overview and as options when adding accounts and transactions.
Display currency
The single currency used for roll-up totals on Overview and the Portfolio view. Account-level data always stays in its native currency.
Conversion rates for roll-ups will be fetched automatically once accounts exist.
Active currencies
Up to 5 currencies. The first one is your primary — used as the default for new accounts and transactions.

Categories
Add, rename, reorder, or disable categories. Renames cascade to existing transactions.

Rules
Auto-categorize transactions based on description, payee, amount, currency, or account.

Rules run on new transactions. Already-saved transactions aren't re-categorized.
Team
People in this business. Owners can pay them salary, dividends, bonuses, or owner draws. Roles control which payment types are valid.

Each role specifies which payment types members on it can receive. Edit names and permissions to match your business.
Ownership
Who owns what % of this business. Distinct from Team — a stakeholder doesn't have to be on the team, and a team member doesn't have to be a stakeholder.
