Welcome to FinFlow Life
A private money tracker — you record entries yourself, and we never connect to your bank or move real money.
🔒
Your data stays yours
No bank logins, no credentials shared. The app never sees your real accounts.

You're in control
After you spend or get paid, log it here. Adding entries here doesn't move real money — it just records what already happened.

Month-by-month
Breakdown
Projection assumes recurring entries continue as configured. Variable-spend estimates are based on your last 3 complete months and applied evenly across future months — actual spending will vary. Calendar events count only when they have an amount and aren't already linked to a recorded transaction. Foreign-exchange shifts and market movements on long-term savings are not included.

Pick one or more sub-accounts where the money for this goal is held. The goal's progress will reflect the full balance of each linked sub-account. Want only part of an account toward this goal? Open a separate sub-account for it (e.g. "Bank Hapoalim · Car fund") from the Accounts page, then link that sub-account here. Match goal length to account type. Short-term goals (months): cash or deposits. Long-term (years): portfolios or LTS instruments are reasonable, but their value will fluctuate.

Add long-term savings
Record a long-term savings instrument held for the child — government child savings, Keren hishtalmut, or other. The actual money lives at the provider; this is just a record so the child can see it grow.
Pension and Keren hishtalmut are employer-driven and aren't appropriate here. They'll appear on the child's own Accounts page when they start working.
Set savings terms
Your child wants to deposit money with you. Set the terms — how much you'll hold, the interest you'll pay, and any lock period.
Less than what they asked? The difference returns to their wallet.
0 = no lock, child can ask for it back anytime. 6 = principal locked for 6 months.
Decline savings request
Your child's money will return to their wallet. You can include a short reason — they'll see it.
💸 Accept loan request
You can adjust your child's terms before accepting. Money will go straight into their wallet.
Set a principal amount.
Send money
Send money to your child's wallet. They'll see it in their Money In feed.
Money sent to your child counts as a real expense for you. Recommended.
Set up allowance
Send a fixed amount on a recurring schedule. Your child sees what's coming up and learns to plan around it.

Multi-currency personal finance — the perfect balance between automation and manual control.
👋
Welcome to FinFlow Life
This app helps you track expenses, income, transfers, and currency exchanges across multiple currencies, visualise your spending, and stay on top of your finances.
This short guide covers everything you need to know. It only takes a couple of minutes, and you can revisit it any time from the sidebar footer.
💡 Tip: All your data is stored securely in the cloud — accessible from any device, any browser, anytime.
📱
Getting around
🏦
Settings — Banks, Cards & Currencies
Start in Settings. First, add your bank accounts and credit cards — just a name like "Bank Hapoalim" or "Max Card". No sensitive information needed — no account numbers, no PINs.
Then set your currencies. Choose up to 3 currencies you use. These appear as options when adding transactions and as filter buttons across all screens. Each entry stores its own currency independently, so you can freely mix them.
💡 Tip: Add your currencies before you start logging entries — it's the quickest setup step.
🗂️
Categories
FinFlow Life comes with default expense and income categories. In Settings you can add, rename, delete, or disable any category or subcategory to match how you think.
Subcategories let you drill down — e.g. "Food & Drinks → Restaurants" — and expand in the Summary screen to see exactly where your money goes.
💡 Tip: Subcategories are optional — you can always add them later as your tracking matures.
➕
Expenses, Income & Recurring
💡 Tip: If you set a recurring entry with a start date in the past, the app will ask if you want to back-fill all the missed dates at once.
🔄
Transfers & Exchanges
Transfers are movements of money between your own accounts — e.g. paying off a credit card from your bank. They don't affect your net worth. Log amount sent, amount received, and the app calculates any fee.
Currency Exchange records when you physically convert one currency to another. Enter the official rate (fetched automatically) and the actual rate you got — the app calculates your spread fee and any direct fee.
💡 Tip: Pending transfers show up on the Home screen with a quick "Mark completed" button.

Link this refund to a previous expense
A "refund" fix-up entry is added to your expenses with a negative amount and the same category as the original — it cancels the original out of category and period spending totals while leaving the original card charge intact. This way, "amount charged to this card" stays accurate (matches your statement) but "spent on Clothing this month" reflects the net.
Pick the expense being refunded
No matching expenses found on this card in the last 90 days. You can still record the refund without linking.
Card fees
Configure the fees the issuer charges. The periodic fee can be auto-applied on its cadence; the FX and ATM fees still need to be logged manually as fee events when actually charged. Leave any field blank or 0 if it doesn't apply.
Periodic fee
Account fee, e.g. ₪10/month or $95/year.
Auto-apply this fee on its cadence — generates a fee event each period.
Start applying from:
Already-applied fees are tagged "auto" and can be deleted individually if needed (won't regenerate). Editing the amount only affects future periods.
