Welcome aboard

A quick intro before you sign in

Thanks for joining the private preview. Here's what FinFlow Family is, and how to get started.

What FinFlow Family is

Three connected apps that share one account:

Sign in once with your email. The apps you have access to will show up. Open whichever one you want — they all talk to each other.

What "private preview" means

The apps are real and ready to use. Add your accounts, your goals, your real numbers. They're built to be useful from day one.

Your data is safe. Everything lives on Google Cloud (Firestore) with daily backups and strict access rules — only you can see your own financial data.

It's invite-only for now. A wider launch is coming once a few small pieces are in place. Please keep the link to yourself in the meantime.

Account deletion is on the way. Self-service deletion isn't wired up yet, so if you ever want your account removed, just send us a message and we'll take care of it.

How to get started

  • Open finflowfamily.app and pick an app. Life is the natural starting point for most people.
  • Create an account with email + password, or sign in with Google.
  • Verify your email from the message we send. Until then, you'll see a small banner reminding you to confirm.
  • Add a couple of accounts and a goal to see the app come alive. Real numbers work best — that's what it's designed for.
  • For kids who want Grows, you (the adult) create their account from inside Life, under "Children".

If something feels off

We'd love to hear about it. A short message with a screenshot is perfect — the more specific, the easier it is to fix. Something like "the green button on the goals page doesn't respond on my phone" tells us exactly where to look.

Especially helpful to flag: anything in Hebrew that reads awkwardly, anything that confused you for more than a few seconds, or anything that felt off when working with money.

A note on privacy

A full privacy policy is being drafted. The short version:

  • Your data lives on Google Cloud (Firestore) with daily backups.
  • Only you can see your own financial data. The one exception is family connections you set up yourself — a parent can see their child's Grows data, for example.
  • Operators have server-side access strictly for support and debugging.
  • No analytics, no ads, no tracking, nothing sold to anyone.
